On Thursday at 2pm, 38 Degrees will meet with key Lib Dem members of the House of Lords.
38 degrees will be handing in the 'Save our NHS' petition

The NHS desparately requires stability and not upheaval. The Health and Social Care Bill pending in the House of Lords will not deliver on the former, but only raise the probability of the latter.
