PCS members on strike from Friday at 1 p.m.

Members of PCS will be taking industrial action commencing at 1 p.m. this Friday.

The government has refused to sit down and negotiate over its cuts to pay, pensions and working conditions for civil servants.

These walkouts are the next steps in a three-month programme of industrial action and protests, which began with a national strike on budget day on 20 March.

The walkouts will start at 1pm on Friday 5 April when tens of thousands of members in the civil service and related bodies walk out of their workplaces across the UK.

For further details of the action see the PCS website here
